2012 College Football Preview: Power Ratings

Here are my 2012 college football power ratings. These are just the ratings, I'll have posts with predictions and analysis to accompany these over the next few weeks. The ratings are not an indication of how good the team is, but rather how many wins I think they'll have (i.e. schedule plays a factor in these ratings)
